It means that you can complete the map without using this item, and if you are a new player, we advise you to do without the Voodoo Doll. However, if you know what you’re doing, you can get Voodoo Doll in Demonologist, such as any other item in the game. Go to the safe area, buy the Voodoo Doll from the store, then go to the game. But before you rush to test this item in the game, we highly recommend reading a quick guide below on how to use this item. Otherwise, you will die very quickly.

How to Use Voodoo Doll in Demonologist

To use the Voodoo Doll, hold this item in your hand and interact with it. Your character will stick nails into the doll one by one, causing pain to the ghost and giving away its location. You cause unbearable pain to the entity by sticking nails therefore it will drop objects and make terrible sounds. You will quickly understand which room to look for. However, Quija Board does the same thing, but with less efficiency and danger.

Voodoo Doll is 100% effective, but it is unsafe. With terrible pain, the entity will begin to hunt you, and you should follow a few rules so as not to die after a couple of minutes:

• The first thing you should learn is always paired Voodoo Doll with Crucifix. If you interact with the doll several times, the ghost has almost a 100% chance to start hunting you, and Crucifix is the only thing that gives you at least some chance of survival. We advise you to have several Crucifixes with you.
• Also, never use the Voodoo Doll at the beginning of the game and stick all the nails in. At the start of the game, you won’t have a chance to confront the ghost and will almost certainly lose. And if you stick all the nails into the entity, you will not kill it, but you will make it angry enough that the ghost would only think about killing.

• Remember that Voodoo Doll is your last trump, and you should only use it when fully prepared and if you urgently need to find the ghost location.
• If you are new to the game, we advise you to refrain from using this item. Although if you are playing in a multiplayer party, Voodoo Doll can be a good solution even in the middle of the game.
