Ready to build up your office for some demon-slaying joy? Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat mobile packs you with a lot of DMC content, filled with strong boss fights, cool Dante jokes, and tons of currencies to deal with. The new DMC mobile game has straight-up easy-to-understand menus, but there’s a lot to discover, which might confuse a new player. So before starting to lose all your summoning items and upgrade material, let’s review some of the important Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat starter guide tips.

Get To Know Your Characters

The first thing to know about the new DMC mobile is that your goal is to build the best team of characters to progress in the game. Of course, you’re here to kill demons and have fun hearing Dante’s yelling while slaying. But the ultimate plan is that you have 3 slots to fill with the best characters you have in your list.

Each character has a level-up progression and rarity, which is labeled by letters B, A, and S. The first two free characters you get are Swift Arsenal Lady and Demon Hunter Dante, which are the best to invest in and upgrade. However, their abilities are different. If you check your characters’ cards and info, you’ll get to learn more about their powers. This info is pretty crucial as you progress in the game, as you would need to hit certain types of enemies with particular attacks; like using Lady’s weapons for aerial combat.

Take Value Of The Crimson Scales

Staring at the menu, you’ll find a lot of options to click, and many currencies which you don’t know where to spend them. Now don’t get confused by this, the game will show you exactly which are which as you progress through the first chapter of the Campaign. However, one thing that you should really take note of is that Crimson Scales is the most important type of credit that you need to gather.

You’ll use the Crimson Scales to upgrade characters and their rarity, which is pretty essential to do. Later enemies in the game get much stronger, and upgrading characters is the only way you can withstand them. A bonus Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat starter guide tip: If you found a duplicate of your character in any other packs, do not hesitate to fuse them! This will give you more levels to upgrade for that particular hero.

Daily Login Rewards

Every time you log into the game, new messages pop up, indicating that there are tons of rewards that you can pick. I wish there was a way that all of these would have been packed in one place, but just like many other games, you need to fetch them yourself. Simply, just press any icon that has a red notification light beside it, and claim all the rewards on the screen. This is a simple, yet very important starter guide detail to remember while playing online progressive games like Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat and even EA Sports FC 24.

Now, there are many ways you can gain currencies for your upgrades in Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat. You could go to events tab and learn about the rewards you’ll get for completing each mission. Or, have fun playing co-op with your friends and build a guild to rank up pretty quick. However, the best way to get more items and upgrades in the DMC mobile, is by completing the Campaign story mode.

Every Campaign act has different sections, and each part gives you different amounts of currencies. Completing each act will also drop you another big prize, which is usually characters, weapons, and other valuable rewards. So if you’re a starter in Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat mobile, then kicking off from the story mode could be the best guide for beginning your journey.
