Sean Diddy Combs reportedly secured a new group of followers during his incarceration at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Disturbingly enough, the disgraced rapper has developed a cultish following of inmates who worship Diddy in a God-like way.
Diddy has spent the past 60 days behind bars following his September arrest on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Combs continues to deny all accusations. Despite three failed bids for bail, some believe he may be making moves to further secure his safety behind bars.
Radar Online reports that Sean Diddy Combs has numerous fellow inmates willing to do his bidding. The publication claims the inmates are “fighting to make his bed every morning” as he is being “worshipped” like a God in jail.
One inmate tells RO that Diddy remains in “good spirits” despite the growing list of lawsuits against him. He claims that the music mogul spends his day spreading positivity and joy to his fellow inmates. “Dudes would be jealous of another dude because he [Diddy] was closer to another dude.”
Diddy “is not crying about nothing.” The insider claims Combs’ “energy is super strong, and he has a good attitude. He’ll make a dude smile. He wants to make sure everybody’s happy. There’s one thing he does when he walks around every day. He’ll look at you and say, ‘Smile man!'”
It sounds like Diddy is making the most of his time behind bars. However, some Diddy scandal followers think the rapper is looking for ways to control his fellow inmates. It is no secret that Combs feels a need to control, so to hear that he is looking for ways to use the other inmates to his advantage doesn’t come as a surprise.
