Sean “Diddy” Combs hit with a new lawsuit from former employee Phillip Pines amid his sex trafficking and racketeering scandal. This past year has been a wild ride for Diddy as his “partying” past and questionable sexual habits catch up with him. Despite being behind bars for months, the disgraced rapper’s atrocities continue to mount, with party guests, minors and even former staffers not left out of the claws of his alleged vices. The latest accuser joining the list of Diddy’s victims is Phillip Pines, his supposed former employee.
In the lawsuit filed this week, Phillip, who claimed to have worked for Diddy from 2019 to 2021 highlighted gruesome details about the rapper’s sex romps, which his job revolved around. According to the accuser, his duties involved setting up hotel rooms for Diddy’s orgies and drug binges and cleaning up afterward. The lawsuit claimed that Diddy often instructed Phillip Pines to stock these hotel rooms with “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, astro glide, towels, illegal drugs, and power banger sex machines,” per TMZ.

The cleaning up aspect of the job, which was always more horrifying followed up after these sex parties. Phillip alleged that the sex romps, which the rap mogul referred to as “Wild King Nights” often left traces of bodily fluids, urine, and blood. The lackey was tasked with erasing this evidence of the wild orgies from the hotel room to the best of his abilities. Thereafter, Phillip had to tip the hotel cleaning staff handsomely to ensure their silence.
In return, Sean Diddy Combs made sure Phillip stayed in line by constantly testing his loyalty in the most inhumane way. The suit claims the 55-year-old’s tests included forcing Phillip to have sex with women while he watched on.
He went on to accuse Diddy of treating him “like an animal playing fetch in order to prove his loyalty.” In addition to the sexual habits and sexual trafficking claims detailed in the lawsuit, Phillip Pines recounted incidents of Diddy endangering his life and that of others, citing the 2020 coronavirus pandemic.
Diddy Accused of Knowingly Transmitting COVID to Unsuspecting Parrty Guests
The suit alleged that Diddy made his then-employee work closely with him after coming down with COVID-19 in November 2020. Worse still, the business mogul organized his birthday bash at Turks and Caicos despite his symptoms, making the employee attend it. Again, Philip received instructions to remain silent when one of the celebrity guests at said bash came down with COVID-19. Hence, he refrained from revealing Diddy’s diagnosis to the guest when asked if anyone at the party had COVID.
Phillip Pines’ lawsuit seeking damages comes after Diddy’s lawyer released a statement slamming all the lawsuits filed against Diddy on the heels of his sex trafficking and racketeering scandal as “baseless.”
The statement followed a recent filing from LaTroya Grayson, who accused the disgraced star of drugging and raping her at one of his famous bashes in 2006 right after winning a radio contest. While LaTroya’s allegations were not the first incident of sexual crime linked to Diddy since his drama blew up, his legal team continues to maintain his innocence, suggesting his accusers only aimed to take advantage of his present situation for personal gains. With the damning video of Cassie’s assault after he vehemently denied it, and other evidence of his crimes littered across the internet, convincing the world of his innocence would be one Herculean task.
