Ordering a fast-food delivery is supposed to be simple. First, you place your order on an app or call the establishment. Second, you wait for the knock at the door. Third, you pick up your meal and enjoy it however you want. Simple, right? Well, that was far from what a couple in Conyers, Georgia experienced. Their Domino’s order arrived burnt and was left on the ground. Frustrated, they took the food back to the store and demanded a refund, documenting the entire exchange on TikTok.
In the first clip, the male customer places the pizza and a box of Parmesan Bread Bites on the counter, pointing out the condition of the food. Calmly at first, he says to the employee, “So at this point, we just want the money back.” That employee goes to speak to another worker about the situation. As they murmur in the background, the man’s tone grows firmer. “I ain’t saying nothing. It’s sitting right here. You see this?” he says as he moves the items closer to where the other employee could see it.
He continued, “I ain’t trying to be rude, but I’m hungry and I’m ready to go. At the end of the day, the customer got the right to say something. Y’all need to handle this shit, because I’m not in a motherf***ing mood. I’m trying to be gentle up here, man.” At one point, another worker can be heard trying to de-escalate, saying, “okay sir, okay.”
In the other clips, his patience wears thin. Possibly responding to what an employee said, he raises his voice, shouting, “What the f**k wrong with you? Who the f**k you talking to? Who the f**k you talking to?” The employee he seems to be talking to throws back the same question: “What is wrong with you?” The customer snaps again, yelling, “You shut your little fat cheddar a** up and do your job and make that right.” His girlfriend tries to calm him while other staff step in. “What the f**k y’all think this is? Y’all need to get back my money before I get out of here,” he adds as the situation escalates. Eventually, one worker processes the refund as the tension boils over.
By the third video, the original poster, who appears to be the female customer, clarified in text that the refund wasn’t completed until that moment. She argued the conflict could have been avoided if staff had simply apologized and refunded the order immediately instead of debating whether the pizza was burnt.

Viewers on TikTok largely sided with the couple, with many calling the man patient despite how the encounter played out. “He was very respectful and straight to the point!” one commenter wrote. Another agreed, “That man was just as calm in the beginning… They took it left. Give him his money back and that’s the end of it.” Others pointed out how obvious the issue was. “They knew what it was when they boxed it. He wasn’t wrong!!” a person said.
