Sports teams can benefit significantly from securing a good sponsorship because they don’t have to worry about the financial aspects and can just focus on playing the game. Many different businesses choose to sponsor local teams. But few players and sponsors have as great a sense of humor as this Florida ice hockey team!

A short video of the Tampa Bay team mid-match was shared on TikTok by user waynegretzkeylimepie. The camera shows the guys on the ice, but also zooms in on the back of their jerseys to reveal the names. In the caption, she gave a little more context. “Officially my favorite team that AJ has played on,” the comment reads. Many hashtags were also included to drive traffic to the post. But it also offers a bit more information about the team and their location. The comment section of the post has created comedic gold and has been flooded with messages from people wanting to share their thoughts. “Do you think they were arguing about who got what name,” a comment reads. The TikToker who posted the video reacted, by liking the post. Other comments include, “As an ex-stripper who loves hockey, I approve,” “the sponsors need to come to the game and cheer them on,” and ”As a stripper and hockey fan I’m over here giggling and kicking my feet what a crossover, I’m showing this to my manager.”
There have even been requests for merchandise, because, why not? “If they start to sell merch let me know,” a TikToker reacted.

They take pride in their sponsorship, as evidenced by videos of their ice hockey jerseys featured on their page, as well as videos of some of the girls enjoying the games.
