Each parent chooses what they believe are the best ways to care for and educate their children. This involves deciding about their health, habits, nutrition, and even the objects they can use. That’s right, parents also determine what objects are suitable for their children. However, this would be more logical when discussing babies with small things because of the risk of choking. But everything has a limit. For example, this woman in Florida posted a TikTok asking for help for a kid’s gift with an extreme almond mom.
TikTok user shay27xo shared in a video how her daughter was invited to a birthday party for one of her classmates. Shay responded to the invitation that her daughter would be attending. So far, so good, until the birthday child’s mother sent a message to everyone who said they would attend three days before. The problem was that in the message, the mom asked that the gift could not be something that would make noise, was free of waste, and had no color. For this reason, Shay had to make the TikTok so that users could help her choose a gift that met all the requirements.
Among the comments, many tried to come up with useful ideas, such as a book or Montessori toys. Others preferred to make it fun by saying to bring a pet rock, a pinecone, or to make a donation in the name of the birthday kid. In reality, none of the items met the characteristics that the kid’s mom asked for, simply because all of the items attached have even one color.
“Please don’t bring my child anything that would bring them joy” 😂

More people wondered if the almond mom could throw a party for kids with her same rules: no waste, no noise, and no color.
Weird.. my kids suddenly have fevers that day.

We all have the right to ask for something specific, but it is also the right of others to choose whether to do so or not. Besides, requests like this birthday party only make people lose interest or motivation. So because of this, neither the Florida woman of this TikTok nor her daughter wanted to attend the party; even if they did, the only options for this kid’s gift were money or not giving anything. Poor birthday kid, they must not have a lot of fun things or parties.
