Georgia Man Offers $2,000 for a Night With Son’s Babysitter, Spends the Night in Jail Instead, ‘Let’s Make Love’

The things babysitters have to deal with…

A Georgia man who has a babysitter working in his other home in Miami, Florida, got in trouble after making multiple attempts at sexually abusing his son’s babysitter. The man was even prepared to shell out as much as $2,000 for a night with his son’s babysitter, which got him in further trouble since the babysitter in question is only 15 years old.

Lester Julian Tellez, 44, is the offender, and thankfully, he’ll be spending his nights in jail because the 15-year-old babysitter not only rejected his multiple offers but also reported him to her older sister, who then reported Tellez to Miami authorities. Tellez initially thought that the babysitter had finally agreed to his indecent proposals, only to find out that it had become an entrapment operation by the police.

The offers began back on Monday after Tellez took his son on a shopping trip. After dropping off his son at the babysitter, Tellez contacted her and told her that he would pay her $2,000 if she spent the night with him. The babysitter also explicitly refused and told Tellez not to speak to her in that manner, but the 44-year-old man didn’t take no for an answer.

So, the 15-year-old babysitter informed her older sister and the authorities about the incident, and the police immediately set up a sting operation, posing as the babysitter. The police even pointed out the babysitter’s age, saying, ‘You know I am only about to turn 16.’ But this did not bother Tellez, and he replied with ‘Letโ€™s make love’, transcript courtesy of the Miami Herald.

Multiple Charges for the Georgia Man

Tellez, chatting with whom he thought was the babysitter, somehow revealed his whereabouts at the time, saying that he was with his dying grandmother in Palmetto General Hospital. Afterward, the police rushed in, arrested Tellez, and brought him back to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Tuesday night.

Due to the worrying nature of Tellez’s attempts, he now faces charges of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child, promoting sexual performance by a child, and soliciting or seducing a child to engage in sexual conduct. Meanwhile, the babysitter was praised for being wise and doing the right thing, informing adults and authorities on the matter immediately.

Tellez remains in the Miami correctional center while his online critics have ridiculed him for the rather disgusting and ridiculous offer he made to his babysitter.

“I hope he gets what he deserves,” says Chris Fivehouse

“Firing squad !,” suggests Janet Vermillion

“How can that even be a thing. I understand pedophiles should all be sentenced to death but setting them up is just wrong in my eyes,” controversially argues Taylor Deaton
