Greedfall Update 1.08 Patch Notes

Update 21.0 has arrived for Greedfall, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. This latest Greedfall patch notes detail fixes for the console versions of the game – namely, on the PS4, PS5 and Xbox One. The last update brought in several fixes and other game-related changes, many of which did not end up working for some players. Greedfall update 1.08 attempts to fix some of those reported issues.

With the patch notes taken directly from Focus Home Interactive’s forums, here’s everything new with Greedfall update 1.08.

Greedfall Update 1.08 Patch Notes

Xbox Series only:

• Fixed the issue that made the HDR not available on these consoles. HDR will now be available through its activation in console settings, and with compatible screens.
• Fixed a bug where the Hammer of the Forgotten God was misplaced when the character attended to upgrade it

All versions:

• Fixed a bug that would prevent starting a secondary quest with Cabral if DLC was completed before it.
• Fixed a bug of clipping/floating gear for the Spadassin’s Armored Brigandine with the chest strap on female models of de Sardet

The patch notes might seem a little underwhelming, but it’s still nice to see studio Spiders still releasing updates for their game. Greedfall is an entertaining AA game for RPG fans, which only makes us look forward to the studio’s next endeavor: Steelrising. Greedfall’s own setting is a historical one with a twist or two, and Steelrising continues in the same vein. The ARPG uses the era of the French Revolution as its backdrop — with the ‘small’ difference being that King Louis XVI is using an army of robots to control his nation.
