HoYoverse is an expert when it comes to creating eerie missions, especially with the Ghost Actor hidden quest in Honkai: Star Rail. While many game missions appear on the map, this one is a bit tricky to find. Though many want to rush the Trailblaze Continuance quests to get Stellar Jade and other fun rewards, sticking around the new area and following the creepy noises is always good. Even if it sounds scary, the rewards for finding this mission are great, and it also provides a bit of interesting lore for those Luofu fans. Let’s just hope this ghost turns out to be as friendly as Casper. Here’s how to complete the Ghost Actor mission in Honkai: Star Rail.

This quest is hidden in Fyxestroll Garden and won’t show up until you finish the introductory mission leading to the event. Even if you find where the ghost is, you can’t do anything until you unlock the event. Here are the steps you must follow once you unlock the new area.

Head to Fyxestroll Garden

After unlocking the event, head to the upper right corner of the map and return to the area where the partitions are. The easiest way to reach this location is by teleporting to the event’s area.

Talk to the Ghost Behind the Partition

On the other side of the corridor, you’ll see a partition. Interact with it to talk to the Ghost and begin the quest.

Choose “I’ll Learn from You”

When talking to the ghost, choose the “I’ll learn from you” option. You’ll hear her song, and she’ll tell you to return the next day to learn more. This means an actual real-life day, so you have to wait at least until the server time resets.

Return the Next Day and Memorize the Song

The second day is when the action begins, so to speak. Speak the Ghost and listen to her song again. However, memorize it this time, as you’ll sing with her. You can use the Story Recap feature to see the lines.

Choose the Correct Lines to Complete the Song

Choose the following lines to complete every part of the song:

  1. In devotion, my heart does yearn to be known by you, my love, in return.
  2. Candles flicker, casting shadows on the wall. My bones the wick, my flesh the fragrance’s call.
  3. Robes fall away, revealing my desire. In hibiscus tent, our passions shall transpire.
  4. At night, we’ll embrace as one, so tight. Come tomorrow, you’ll take your flight.

Once you finish the quest, you’ll obtain the Mountain of Recto, Water of Verso achievement. Like others, it’ll grant you five Stellar Jade, which is helpful. Besides the currency, you’ll also get credits, Lost Gold Fragments, and Strale, the currency you can use to buy Xianzhou items. Not a bad payout for this spooky special.
