How To Change Crosshair in The Finals (& Best Crosshair Settings)

Fine tune your aim and never miss a shot.

This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

While The Finals does feature aim-down-sights, when hip-firing a weapon all you can rely on is an on-screen crosshair. While the customization options are limited, there are a few minor changes you can make. These small changes will make it clearer where your weapon is aimed, which should help improve your accuracy when hip-firing at enemies.

The crosshair settings in The Finals can be found in the settings menu. It is in two sections, both gameplay and accessibility, with both menus offering the same options. You cannot change the shape of your crosshair, but you can adjust the size and color. While there isn’t an option to directly disable it, you can completely remove the crosshair by dropping the opacity to zero. As for color options, you can control the amount of red, blue, and green in both the main crosshair and the crosshair width, allowing you to create a ton of different colors. That said, here is a quick and easy setup that makes it much easier to see the crosshair.

The best crosshair settings for The Finals:

  • Width – 1
  • Outline width -1
  • Red – 0
  • Green – 255
  • Blue – 0
  • Red Outline – 0
  • Green Outline – 255
  • Blue – 0
  • Center Dot – On
  • Center Dot Radius – 1
  • Opacity – 100

This setup will give you a visibly distinct crosshair, with the bright green visible on pretty much every surface in The Finals. It is also a very tight crosshair, so you know exactly where your first hip-fire shot will land, although you will always lose a bit of accuracy when not aiming-down-sights. If green isn’t your preferred color for the crosshair, you can always set it to blue or red, but those darker colors can be hard to see. The Finals does have colorblind options, but those only effect specific parts of the user interface, which doesn’t include the crosshair. Instead, you will need to tinker with the color options until you land on something that works for you.
