The Cartel No More DMZ mission is the last objective you can accomplish for the Shadow Company faction. This is the last DMZ mission added to the Warzone 2 Season 5 Reloaded, as we’re probably saying goodbye to the DMZ mode by the launch of Modern Warfare 3. Now, as the final mission, the Cartel No More has three hard and time-consuming tasks, all happening in Vondel Terminal POI in DMZ. Here’s how you can accomplish this mission for the Shadows.

What Are the Objectives of the Cartel No More DMZ Mission?

  • Detonate two charges outside of Vondel Terminal.
  • Clear the Vondel Terminal from all DMZ bots.
  • Crack open three safes inside the Vondel Terminal.

For this DMZ mission, you’ll need to bring as many heavy weapons as you can. You should also note that using mines is quite effective when trying to defend the areas. The task is simple; drop in Vondel, head for the location you see in the image below, and start clearing the area. Let’s do this one step at a time.

Once you’re near the terminal, head for the south side of this area. Here, you’ll see two detonation locations, which are marked on the map you see below. Your objective is to reach both of them and plant a bomb beside each other.

You can plant two bombs simultaneously for this Cartel No More DMZ mission objective. But you should know that you need to protect each bomb site for nearly 6 minutes! This means that if the enemy AI defuses the bomb, you’ll lose the entire mission.

Now, after you’ve planted and destroyed the bomb sites, it’s time to clear the area. However, you’ll need to have the Vondel Terminal or a Skeleton key to get inside. The best way to find the key to this location is by making HVT contracts. These contracts will mark a high-value target for you, and if you manage to hunt them, you’ll definitely find a key to a restricted area.

Assuming you’ve cleared out the Vondel Terminal building, the next step on Cartel No More DMZ’s mission is to open three safes. These safes are cubic-shaped Strongboxes that you’ll easily find in the terminal. Look around and drill them one at a time. After that, your mission is complete, and you can claim valuable rewards from inside the safes.
