I’ve come to adore RuneScape: Dragonwilds as survival escapism in the weirdly wonderful world of Ashenfall, a continent of Gielinor from the base game that’s never been explored. Like most survival games, being able to create structures to protect you and your stuff is absolutely essential. However, I’ll admit that the game doesn’t do the best job in explaining how to destroy structures that you either didn’t mean to put down or just don’t like anymore.
Destroying Walls and Structures in RuneScape: Dragonwilds

There are two ways to destroy just about anything you build in RuneScape: Dragonwilds:
- Press B on your keyboard to open up the crafting menu.
- Press T on your keyboard to initiate Repair Mode.
- Select any item you want to delete and right-click your mouse to delete it.
Another, albeit more complicated, method is this:
- Press B on your keyboard to open up the crafting menu.
- Select any item, preferably the item you want to replace the thing you’re deleting with.
- With the item in hand, hover it over the structure you want to delete.
- If the item in your hand is on top of the structure you want to delete, you can right-click your mouse to delete it.
I don’t recommend destroying structures using the second method simply because you could accidentally delete things next to and behind that item. Trust me, it’s happened to me far too many times to count.
Ideally, you’ll want to build out various bases throughout Gielinor so that you always spawn to your closest bed. So, create buildings and delete them as you go to create the greatest, and most dragon-proof base possible. There’s probably nothing more annoying that a Dragon poisoning you while you thought you were safe and sound under your shelter.
RuneScape: Dragonwilds is available to play on PC.
