Reach the Kingdom of Rose and a certain level in Roblox Blox Fruits, and you can free the imprisoned Gladiators through the Colosseum quest. Completing this Second Sea questline will be important as it gives you access to NPCs that can upgrade your power even further. However, this quest isn’t as straightforward as one would expect, especially if you’re just anticipating an all-out brawl in the Colosseum.
Roblox Blox Fruits: The Colosseum Quest Walkthrough

1. Speak with Bartilo to Start The Colosseum Quest
Before you can begin the Colosseum quest, you must fulfill one important condition: reach Level 850 or higher. If you’re at a lower level than required, he will only tell you “THE COLOSSEUM IS IN PERIL!” After that’s done, visit Bartilo inside the Cafe building and start the Colosseum quest. This place is also where you can meet the Manager.
However, when you start the Colosseum quest in Blox Fruits, you won’t immediately go to rescue the Gladiators. Instead, you will be tasked with a little mob hunting first. You must defeat 50 Swan Pirates, which can be found in the eastern section of the Kingdom of Rose. The area is the one with a building with a yellow cone-shaped roof and a mountain behind it.
Once you defeat 50 of the small-time pirates, your next target is the Level 850 boss Jeremy. We just mentioned the mountain behind the Swan Pirates’ town, right? Yep, Jeremy is waiting for you on top of it. This enemy utilizes the dangerous Spring Fruit, but you can defeat him fairly easily by keeping your distance.
2. Find the Code and Solve the Puzzle
With Jeremy taken down, Bartilo will ask you to finally free the Gladiators and complete the Colosseum quest in Roblox Blox Fruits. However, you won’t need a guide if the questline is that easy, right?
The Gladiators are locked under the Colosseum with a special combination lock– you need a code to open it. No need to panic, you can find the code inside Don Swan’s Mansion, the building in the middle of the island. Climb up the tall tower and intrude into the small and comfy palace. On the table in the bedroom, you will find the code for the Gladiator cages.

3. Free the Gladiators in Roblox Blox Fruits
Now it’s time to head to the Colosseum and end all of this. To the left of the main entrance, jump under the bridge to find a room with buttons with symbols on them.
This is the time to refer to the screenshot you took earlier. Or, paste the text you just copied into chat so you don’t have to Alt+Tab often if you forgot. Click on the buttons in the correct order: “∞, C, S, M, F, N, B.” It will free the Gladiators and complete the Colosseum quest in Roblox Blox Fruits.
Finishing this Second Sea questline will reward you with:
- $50,000.
- 35,000,000 EXP.
- Warrior Helmet accessory (+12.5% Melee/Sword Damage, -5% Melee/Sword attack cooldown reduction).
- Unlock the Alchemist NPC and able to upgrade Race to V2.
- Unlocked the King Red Head NPC.
