Go to the Astral Lounge and talk to the bartender to purchase the Aurora for about 700 Credits. This drug slows down time by 40% for 10 seconds, which can be very useful during battles.
Aurora cannot be taken out of the city, at least not as smuggling. Of course, you can get around this prohibition in various ways, but it will be much easier to cook this drug in one of your Labs.
How To Make Aurora
First of all, you need to get a recipe for the drug. To do this, meet Neshar near the entrance to the city. It will start the Loose Ends quest, during which you will have to be an ordinary Xenofresh worker for one day. After completing the quest, you will learn Aurora’s recipe to cook it whenever you want in Starfield.
