This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

The more you progress in Coral Island, the more new items you will be able to create. However, some of the resources are created in unusual ways. For example, players cannot craft Batteries in Coral Island. Instead, they can be produced using certain resource equipment. But of course, it’s not available from the beginning of the game. Therefore, first, you will have to level up your Diving skill.

Essentially, the Battery is not a craftable item in Coral Island. It can be a little confusing for players, as it’s needed for many crafting recipes that can make your farming life easier. But instead of crafting, you’ll need to increase your Diving skill until you reach level 7.

After this, you will unlock a piece of production equipment called a Solar Panel. Its recipe is quite expensive, but the result is worth it:

  • 20 Scrap
  • 3 Gold Bar
  • 20 Glass Glass

Each Solar Panel will produce one Battery for you every 3 in-game days in Coral Island. The best thing about this is that all you have to do is place a Solar Panel on your farm. It will use the energy of the sun instead of the resources. In other words, you will have an endless supply of Batteries with just a few Solar Panels.

Alternatively, you can search for satellite meteors and smash them with your pickaxe. But this method takes quite a long time. As a result, we recommend that you unlock solar energy as quickly as possible as it’s a renewable source of energy.

How to Use Batteries in Coral Island

Even though the Battery cannot be crafted in Coral Island, you will need it for crafting. And most of these items will help you automate your farm:

  • Auto seed – 1 Battery, 1 Gold bar, 1 Gold Kelp Essence, 20 Scrap
  • Auto S&F – 1 Battery, 1 Gold bar, 1 Osmium Kelp Essence, 20 Scrap
  • Auto Fertilizer – 1 Battery, 1 Gold bar, 1 Silver Kelp Essence, 20 Scrap
  • Shock Trap – 1 Battery, Any Ore
  • Sprinkler III – 1 Battery, 10 Osmium Kelp, 10 Gold Kelp, 10 Scrap

That’s all you need to know about how to get and use the Battery in Coral Island. It is a very useful crafting material, so you should unlock the Solar Panel crafting recipe and produce it in large quantities.
