However, many players have problems with this quest as they cannot find the required Mushrooms. So, read on to find out how to get Billson Mushrooms in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Skyview Towers are convenient fast travel points that will be useful for you to explore the game world. But there is one Tower that is very difficult to unlock. And of course, we are talking about Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower. This Tower is located in West Necluda, west of Kakariko Village. Here are her exact coordinates:

  • 1342, -1179, 0166

Approaching it, you will meet an NPC named Billson, who came to fix the Tower terminal. However, he cannot open the door even though it is not locked. Therefore, he will ask you to find Mushrooms for him so that he can figure out how to open the door. Unfortunately, none of the players managed to find them in Tears of the Kingdom.

So, you can’t get Billson Mushrooms in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for one simple reason: they don’t exist. And although Billson asks you to bring him Mushrooms from the cave at the bottom of the slope, you can’t do that. According to the NPC, he often found them there during the construction of the Tower. But we assume that he ate the last Mushrooms then.

Therefore, no matter how hard you try, you won’t find any Mushrooms in the cave under the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower. However, you can get into the Tower from there, by using your Ascend ability. You must do this from right below the Tower icon on the map.

Once at the top, you can easily find the cause of the locked doors, namely a few long sticks. Remove them, and you will easily open the door to this Tower. Moreover, after the Billson fixing, you can use it as a fast travel point.

That’s all you need to know about how to get Billson Mushrooms in Tears of the Kingdom. It is a very confusing quest, as the game doesn’t tell you what to do. Therefore, follow our advice, and you can easily do it. In the meantime, take a look at our guide on how to get Zelda’s Golden Horse.

Tears of the Kingdom is available on Nintendo Switch.
