To find the first Will-O-Wisp TM, head to the Paldea west to Porto Marinada. Next, go south to see a group of small islands in the sea. Use your Koraidon or Miraidon and sail towards the southernmost island. Climb up and take the TM.
Choose Tagtree Thicket as a starting point, and head west along the mountains. Climb up the small grassy plateau at the southernmost point of Glaseado Mountain and pick up the second TM 107 Will-O-Wisp.
The third TM is on a small plateau off the east coast of North Province (Area Two). Finding the right point can be difficult, so the image above will help you.
To find the fourth TM 107 Will-O-Wisp, head to the coastal town of Levencia. After that, head north along a small path. Reaching the rocky terrain, walk a little further and climb up the rocks to your right to collect the TM.
