If you are going to evolve the Phony form of the Poltchageist, you need to use the Unremarkable Teacup. Where To Get Unremarkable Teacup
You can find Unremarkable Teacup in the Kitakami Region in the Paradise Barrens area. When you come to the sign with the red roof, you will see a small cave. Enter this cave, and you will see the Unremarkable Teacup right in front of you in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
Where To Get Masterpiece Teacup
In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask, you can find the Masterpiece Teacup in a cave in Timeless Woods in Kitakami Region. When you reach the entrance of this cave, you will be greeted by a wild Snorlax, which you can add to your Pokedex before entering the cave. When you go deeper into the cave, you will see your Masterpiece Teacup.
How To Use Unremarkable Teacup in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Unremarkable Teacup is used to evolve Poltchageist into Sinistcha. After selecting the Unremarkable Teacup from your inventory, your Pokemon will appear as “Can Use” or “Cannot Use” on the left side. Select the Poltchageist you want to use this item on. Your Poltchageist will then evolve into Sinistcha.
