At the final zone of Eidos 7, you can meet with a fellow Angel named Lily Artemis II. She has been aimlessly wandering on Earth for a long time and is a part of the 5th Airborne Squad. After defeating Gigas, you can help her escape, and she will join your group. As you play the game, you may notice the mysterious progress bar that tracks your affinity with Lily in Stellar Blade. Since the game doesn’t explain this mechanic, many players may wonder about the importance and function of this progress bar.

Stellar Blade Lily Affinity Guide

Besides tracking your affinity with Lily, the progress bar is also connected to unlocking the true ending of Stellar Blade. Unless you want to see the other endings, you should aim to max out the progress bar before fighting the final boss.

Here are some activities you can perform to raise your affinity with Lily:

  • Progress through the main story.
  • Complete certain side quests.
  • Find Memory Sticks, Documents, and Cans.

As you play through Stellar Blade‘s main mission, Lily’s progress bar will increase automatically. Of course, this won’t occur in every quest, but you will make a lot of progress with this method. For example, after defeating the boss in Altess Levoire, you will obtain around 20 percent affinity with Lily.

Another great way is to complete certain side missions that are connected to your fellow Angel. Here are the side quests you don’t want to miss in Stellar Blade:

  • Taboo
  • Looking at You

The last method to increase your Lily’s progress bar is by discovering Memory Sticks, Documents, and Cans in Stellar Blade. Unlike the other two methods, you will only get a small amount of affinity. However, there are a ton of these collectibles that you can gather on your journey.

You can get Memory Sticks and Documents by examining numerous human corpses. On the other hand, Cans usually hide in hard-to-spot locations and inside vending machines. I recommend upgrading your Drone scan ability so you can easily find Cans.

If you max out your Lily’s progression bar, the girl will ask you to accompany her to a secret location before heading to Spire 4 in Stellar Blade. At this point, you can access Eidos 9 and complete various objectives until you reach Lily’s Atelier.
