Trauma Drama arcade machines can be found in various locations throughout Night City in Cyberpunk 2077. To start your journey, look for these machines in different parts of the city, but remember that gang members might be guarding them, so be prepared for a confrontation. If you don’t find Trauma Drama at your chosen location, try skipping time by 24 hours to refresh the machine’s game offerings.

When you start the arcade game, your goal is to beat the top score, which initially stands at 445,000 points. Winning this game is no walk in the park, and you might need some practice to achieve that high score.

You’ll receive a text message if you secure a spot in the top 10 of the Cyberpunk 2077 Trauma Drama leaderboards to earn rewards. However, this is not the message you’re after. The ultimate goal is to attain the top score, regardless of whether you complete the game.

To claim your rewards, follow these steps:

  1. Secure the top score in Trauma Drama.
  2. If you die but still have the top score, let the timer run down and exit the game.
  3. You will receive a text message asking you to upload your score to join a team.

You’ll need access to a computer with the Trauma Team website to upload your score. If your apartment’s computer doesn’t have it, consider buying a 40,000-eddies apartment in Glen.

Follow these steps to access the Cyberpunk 2077 Trauma Team website and upload your score:

  1. Use the computer in your new apartment.
  2. Visit the Trauma Team website and click “Trauma Team Members Access.”
  3. Select the “We Want You” tab and scroll to the bottom.
  4. Click on “Apply.”ย

After applying, you’ll receive a message indicating that you aren’t fit for the job but that rewards await you. To claim your rewards, fast-travel to the location marked on your screen, scan your hand to access the building, and open the box inside to collect your rewards: a Trauma Team uniform and a Mini Trauma Team AV.
