Star Wars Jedi Survivor is the newest installment to the Star Wars gaming series, bringing back the main character Carl yet again. The game is large and requires more specs than other Star Wars games in the past. With that being said, many soon-to-be players are wondering where they will be able to play the game. Another journey across the galaxy within the Star Wars universe comes to consoles and PC, but is it on every console? Will Star Wars Jedi Survivor be coming to the Nintendo Switch? Will Jedi Survivor Come to the Switch?

The Star Wars Jedi Survivor is an intense game, even being called a “beast” due to its needed specs to run the game smoothly. As many gamers know, the Nintendo Switch is a bit outdated when it comes to next-generation game releases. Due to that, it is not often we will see games like this on the older console. Star Wars Jedi Survivor is not on the Nintendo Switch, and it does not seem that it will be coming to the console at a later date either.

Sometimes games like Hogwarts Legacy would come to the Nintendo Switch behind schedule as it needs more time to be developed for the older console. However, it doesn’t seem that Star Wars Jedi Survivor has even been thought about for the Switch. The developers have advertised the game for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, which only leans more into the fact that it won’t be coming to the Nintendo handheld console.

Of course, if you want the mobile experience with Jedi Survivor, using a Steam Deck is an option, hopefully with approval coming for it soon. But for gamers who might only have a Nintendo Switch or just really wanted to play it on that console, unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that will ever be the case. It could be a possibility, with how well the game performs, that the developers could decide to make a switch port, but it is heavily iffy. It’s sad to see such a good console miss out on the Star Wars Jedi Survivor release. However, this will continue until a new console is available from Nintendo or a new port for the game is made.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor is available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC starting April 28th.
