Kaley Cuoco impressed Instagram with her hardcore workout game in September 2021, and the footage is still live. Working with trainer Ryan Sorensen as she put her body through a full cardio and resistance session, The Big Bang Theory star showed off her fit figure while packing on more muscle, and it didn’t take long for fans to comment.
In a series of Instagram slides shared by Ryan, Kaley got her heart rate up on a treadmill, worked her core on a mat, and even got busy handling heavy dumbbells. When one user saw the 38-year-old’s grueling workout, they couldn’t help but note that Kaley in the gym is “no joke.” Kaley continues to train with Ryan, who helped the blonde ping back into shape following the March 2023 arrival of daughter Matilda.
Kaley Cuoco Wows With Instagram Workout Session
Keeping up a steady pace as she ran on a treadmill, Kaley showed off her toned legs in a skintight pair of black leggings, plus a white tee.
Keeping comfy as she teamed her white sneakers with her lightweight top, the actress threw in a baseball cap as she kept on running, although she did send the camera the peace sign during one moment.
Working her steely-strong abs in another slide, Kaley clutched two massive dumbbells while resting her rear on the floor, but with both legs elevated, she was making her six-pack work all the more. Footage also included agility reps, weighted ball work, plus a plank exercise where the sitcom star maintained her plank while using one arm to push a weighted ball around.
Hardcore Workout Is ‘No Joke’
In a caption, Ryan wrote: “Little snapshot of todayโs workout. Fresh off a huge travel dayย @kaleycuocoย is ready to get back to work.”
Continuing, he added:” Now itโs time to get ready for the Emmys the only way we know how! Embrace the grind and have fun with it.ย #results.” Fans were right on it. While one user called Kaley “inspiring,” another dubbed the TV favorite “amazing.”
“Kaley is no joke!” a further user wrote. Kaley began training with Ryan during her 2021-ended marriage to ex-husband Karl Cook. Fans were used to Ryan driving to the star’s $12 million Hidden Hills mansion, with the pandemic seeing him train both Kaley and sister Briana Cuoco, who spent her early quarantine with her sibling.
In 2024, Kaley’s workouts have proven even more popular as Ryan even includes little Matilda in them. Kaley shares her only daughter with Ozark star boyfriend Tom Pelphrey.
