Kaley Cuoco is working out harder than ever since the March 2023 arrival of daughter Matilda, and the Instagram footage is proof. The sitcom star, 38, was already a gym bunny ahead of becoming a mother last year, and she’s made sure to keep her fitness up since giving birth.
In May 2023, and just two months after welcoming little Matilda, Kaley shared snippets of her workout to her Instagram Stories. Huffing and puffing in tight leggings as she worked on her glutes, The Big Bang Theory star dropped a series of impressive moves, not limited to the squats that fans quickly commented on.

Rocking black spandex leggings and a pale lavender workout tank, Kaley kept her look sporty as she got busy squatting while holding a pink weighted ball.
The TV favorite, looking incredibly toned for a brand new mom, flashed her shapely legs and firm glutes as she stood with her legs square apart, and the squat action was flawless. Wearing her blonde locks down as she also highlighted her toned arms, Kaley told fans that she was “slowly but surely on my way back.”
There’s ‘Right’ And There’s Wrong
The IG Story quickly made headlines, and it was over on The Daily Mail that fans seemed impressed.
“Good for her. She is enjoying the time with the baby before she hits the gym
She looks great,” one user replied. Another, meanwhile, wrote: “The right way to do it.”
Kaley shares her daughter with actor boyfriend Tom Pelphrey. Prior to commencing her romance with the Ozark star, the blonde was married to first husband Ryan Sweeting, then billionaire heir Karl Cook. She ended her second marriage in 2021.
As to maintaining her workout regimen while mothering Matilda, Kaley has admitted that it’s a challenge. When speaking of wanting to stay in bed and snuggle up with her daughter instead of busting out gym moves, Kaley told The Today Show:
โBut then I remind myself that itโs just an hour of my day, and like eating, itโs important for my body and my heart. And you never leave a workout and go, โI wish I didnโt do that.'”
Cuoco trains with trainer Ryan Sorensen, who sometimes features Kaley on his Instagram. He’s even included a workout session that saw a tiny Matilda lying on her back and cooing as Kaley both burned her calories and kept a watchful eye on her little one.
