Bhad Bhabie and Alabama Barker’s feud has just gotten much messier. After the “Gucci Flip Flops” rapper dissed Alabama in her latest single, “Ms. Whitman,” which samples Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s “Carnival,” Bhad Bhabie teased she would be dropping a remix of her song featuring Ye himself. The news shocked fans considering West has family ties with Alabama through the Kardashians. Following the confusion, West took to Instagram to address the situation, claiming he wants no part of the pair’s online beef.

Kanye West Clears Things Up

In his latest Instagram Story, Kanye West denied his involvement in a “Ms. Whitman” remix. He confirmed he gave Bhad Bhabie permission to sample “Carnival.” However, he said he never recorded a verse for the track. He also said that any teasers featuring his voice were fake. “I’m not in the middle of none of this AI beef,” West said, adding that people were “throwing my voice on things” without his knowledge.

Since he doesn’t want any bad blood with Alabama, West said he talked to her father, Travis Barker, who is the brother-in-law of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, to explain the situation. “I would never be in the middle. I donโ€™t even know whatโ€™s going on,” the rapper said.

If you’re wondering why Kanye West even allowed Bhad Bhabie to use his music in the first place, the star said he “always” clears samples since “so many people try to stop me.” Since there was never anything more to it, West thought it was “not cool” that he had been dragged into Bhad Bhabie and Alabama Barker’s drama.

Kanye West denies being involved in Bhad Bhabie and Alabama Barkerโ€™s beef, says any verse with his voice is AI:

What Is Going On With Bhad Bhabie and Alabama Barker?

Bhad Bhabie and Alabama Barker’s feud appeared kicked off in December. It all started when the Dr. Phil star accused Alabama of trying to get with her baby daddy, Le Vaughn. She added fuel to the fire by releasing a diss track seemingly aimed at Alabama, titled “Over Cooked,” on Jan. 27. During the song, Bhad Bhabie takes digs at a woman for trying to get with her man. She hints it’s Alabama by referencing her famous dad in her lyrics.

The “Vogue” star then responded to Bhad Bhabie’s accusations in a diss track of her own called “Cry Bhabie.” In the song, which dropped two weeks ago, Alabama claimed she didn’t know Le Vaughn was involved with Bhad Bhabie. Throughout her lyrics, Alabama made fun of Bhad Bhabie for being so upset over the situation.

Since then, Bhad Bhabie has continued the drama with her follow-up track, “Ms. Whitman.” The song samples Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s “Carnival.” After it went viral, Bhad Bhabie hinted she would be releasing a remix featuring Ye. While fans thought West was taking Bhad Bhabie’s side in the drama, it’s now been confirmed he wants to stay out of it.
