Kanye West continues to make headlines for the things he proclaims on social media. The rapper has been raising eyebrows with his comments and rants, and recently, he’s brought his children, whom he shares with Kim Kardashian, into the mix. Kanye has been making shocking statements online, including revealing a massive bombshell on Monday, where he claimed that he had an inappropriate relationship with his male cousin until he was a teenager.
On Tuesday, Kanye West shifted gears to his children. The Donda rapper took to his X account to share some information about his relationship with the four kids, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. In his tweets, he claimed that he hadn’t seen his oldest son, Saint, at all this year. However, Page Six claims that is simply not true.
While Kanye may be forgetting dates and times when he’s seen his children, there is photographic evidence that confirms he has seen Saint in 2025. In fact, that father and son duo were photographed spending time together in Japan back in January. Chicago and Psalm were also there.
The comments came as West revealed to his fans that he was trying to find the right lawyer to help him sue his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, for custody of the four children. Kanye went on to reveal that he didn’t understand how celebrities like Beyonce, Jay Z, Rihanna, and even Elon Musk and Donald Trump were “watching” and “letting Kim” take his children from him.

“Yall wanna say I’m acting out cause of things in my childhood, But I don’t get to be a dad,” he said. “I’m f–king shaking typing this I’ve had my rights stripped because I wore a f–king red hat,” he continued, referencing his MAGA hat and Trump support.
West also went on to say that he doesn’t just need to see his children but also have a chance to “raise them.” He proclaimed himself a “good dad” and said he’s a “great father to have.”
Meanwhile, sources tell TMZ that Kanye’s rants aren’t true. Not only has he seen all of his children in 2025, but can also see them whenever he wants. However, he chooses not to. The insider claims that West spent three months in Los Angeles this year but didn’t see any of his children, except his oldest daughter, North, until the week before he left the state.
“He is delusional,” one fan commented.
“Get your lawyer on the phone, Kim,” another wrote.
It looks like Kanye West needs to get all of his facts and dates straight before he attempts to sue Kim Kardashian for custody of the children. With undeniable evidence to debunk his claims, his custody case may be dead before it even begins.
