The former Pokemon fan and current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion, Ronda Rousey, dressed up as a Pikachu. Rondaย put on aย Pikachu costume as part of her guest hosting spot on ESPN’s show, SportsCenter.
The video shows Ronda training at the gym, but in full Pokemon attire.ย The Olympic medal winnerย throws the type of combination that would leave Ash Ketchum proud. It would sendย Team Rocket blasting off at the speed of light.ย There is something heartwarming about seeingย the ever-famous Pikachu throw a solid right-jab followed by a lightning fast left-hook. UFC Champion Ronda Rousey, is quite possibly, one of the most electrifying female fighters on the globe. She was born February 1, 1987 in Riverside, California. She is the first UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion. Currently, she is undefeated in MMA, mixed martial arts, in a total of twelve fights. On Wednesday of this week, Ronda became the first female athlete to be a guest co-host on SportsCenter. She handled herself well, as a host. However,ย it was not long before she had that awkward “armbar” moment.

Ronda is no stranger to film and television. Her first feature film role was theย The Expendables 3, in 2014. By 2015 she had secured roles in box-office powerhouseย movies like Entourage and theย popularย racingย film,ย Furious 7.ย Ronda is the highest paid UFC fighter and was voted as the Best Female Athlete Ever on an ESPN poll.
