Starfield invites you to explore a vast space with many unique systems and planets. Each of them may contain different resources, flora, and fauna, or even clones of famous people. However, it’s still an RPG, so before you can travel to distant systems, you will need to earn XP and learn new skills needed for combat, crafting, hacking, and more. But earning a lot of XP, especially at high levels, is quite hard. So, read on to find out about the XP farm glitch in Starfield.

Starfield XP Glitch Explained

Earning XP in Starfield is one of the most important activities since you will not be able to survive on some planets without certain skills. Although XP is given for many activities, such as completing quests, crafting, killing enemies, or destroying ships, you will level up slowly at higher levels. Luckily, Starfield has a small glitch that allows you to farm XP effectively.

It’s worth noting right away that this glitch is technically allowed, unlike cheats. Therefore, you will still receive achievements using this farming method.

So, to use the XP farming glitch in Starfield, you need to get powerful weapons and ammo and find a planet with abundant fauna. Then, before you land, you must go to the game settings and change the difficulty level to Very Hard.

After landing, you need to open the game settings again, go to the Gameplay tab, and select Very Easy difficulty level. This way, you can kill the local fauna without any problems and get XP like if you play on Very Hard difficulty. As for the planets, we recommend that you visit these:

  • Eridani II in the Eridani system
  • Gubiinuu II in the Gubiinuu system
  • Ixyll in the system

Of course, there are a large number of planets in Starfield where you can use the XP farm glitch. However, the options described above have abundant fauna and a non-aggressive climate. So you can go hunting without worrying about acid rain and other annoying things.

That’s all you need to know about the XP farm glitch in Starfield. This glitch can give you a lot of XP whenever you need it. Plus, you don’t need to make any preparations to use it. In the meantime, please take a look at our guide on how to complete Guilty Parties.
