This Foxian is recognized as the personal healer and counselor of the Xianzhou Yaoqing General, Feixiao. The medical school that Jiaoqiu attended is quite particular because he believes that food is the best antidote, but his build and teams revolve around burning or poisoning any Honkai Star Rail enemy. This healer will try any method to find a cure for Feixiao and keep the Xianzhou Alliance safe, even if his safety or integrity is compromised during the process.
Jiaoqiu’s Gameplay Style Explained
You should get many debuffs as fast as possible with Jiaoqiu, which you do by using his Skill to inflict Fire DMG and get 1 stack of Ashen Roast. The Ashen Roast means you inflict Burn on enemies for DoT and get more stacks with any of your attacks (Normal, Skill, and Ultimate). Also, each stack increases the DMG each enemy takes. With his Ultimate, this healer inflicts Fire DMG and Ashen Roast on all enemies, increasing the Ultimate DMG.
Best Light Cones
Despite the fact that Jiaoqiu is a “Healer,” his build and kit make him one of the best Debuffers, and if you get his E2, he could become another DPS in Honkai Star Rail. The first Light Cones are ideal for a more flexible build, but Before the Tutorial Mission Starts is better if you use this Foxian as Support. These are his best options:

Best Relics
Using the Prisoner in Deep Confinement full set will cause Jiaoqiu to ignore the enemy’s DEF, but only if they have three debuffs. This will considerably improve this healer’s low DMG. Although his team is limited to only DoT teammates, in this case, try to use Fleet of the Ageless or Firmament Frontline Glamoth for him. Eagle of Twilight Line will help Jiaoqiu use additional debuffs and Ultimate, but it is best if you take Acheron in his team and equip this Foxian with Sprightly Vonwacq. However, if you need more Effect Hit Rate and Speed, you can use 2-pieces of Messenger Traversing Hackerspace.

Team Composition
Jiaoqiu will benefit from going with teams that involve many 5-star Honkai Star Rail characters and only a couple of 4-star. However, remember that you can try other compositions, but these are the ones that worked best for us:

Aim to keep Jiaoqiu’s Fire DoT applied to all enemies, so Huohuo will be very useful as she will recharge his energy and buff the party’s ATK. If you bring Pela, she will help you get more debuffs, which would be very useful if you have Kafka or Acheron on your team. Also, if you bring Black Swan, you can get more Arcana stacks if your Jiaoqiu is equipped with a Prisoner in Deep Confinement.
This fox is excellent for DoT and for many Nihility characters, especially Acheron. Still, you must invest much time and money, especially regarding his party. Many of his team members also require very specific Honkai Star Rail partners such as Kafka, Black Swan, or Acheron, so you should plan your build very well before pulling for Jiaoqiu.
