The Division is only just over a week away and I, for one, cannot wait to delve deeper into the dangerous streets of a post-pandemic New York City.

Having played the beta recently, the MMO looks like it could be one of the games of the year and feed our appetites while we wait for the inevitable Destiny sequel. One of the most unique and exciting gameplay features within The Division is the PvPvE (Player vs Player vs Environment) dark zone.

The Division
The Division Launches On March 8th

In the most toxic area of Manhattan lies the dark zone where players fight each other to claim the most powerful drops within the game. You can team up here to become a dominant force for either good or evil. I myself was on the receiving end of a beating when a rogue group decided to eliminate me and steal precious loot.

Thankfully there are some individuals out there who will rise against these bullies and stand their ground instead of cowering away as I may have done…

Check out the awesome and hilarious video below by fuHZion. In the clip he is being tormented by a nefarious gang and the outcome is not what they would have expected.

It is moments like this that make The Division great and I cannot wait to get some more hands on time with Ubisoft’s latest masterpiece.

The open beta was a huge success for The Division and 6.4 million users took part across the PS4, Xbox One and PC. This is a new record for a beta of a new IP, the previous record was held by Destiny. The Division launches on 8th March worldwide.

Are you excited for The Division? Did you become a bully within the beta? Let us know in the comments below.
