Skybound Games announced on Tuesday The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series bundle, set to be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on September 10.

The new bundle will include all four seasons of the game series, the DLCs The Walking Dead: Michonne and 400 Days, together with bonus features and graphic enhancements.

As part of the announcement, Skybound has also released the following trailer.

The company said The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series bundle will come with over 50 hours of gameplay across 23 unique episodes, more than 10 hours of developer commentary, behind-the-scenes content including concept and character art galleries, a Return of The Walking Dead documentary short, classic menus, and a music player with over 40 musical tracks from the game.

Skybound Games also said it will rerelease the second and third seasons of the series – The Walking Dead: Season Two and The Walking Dead: A New Frontier – on Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop on September 10.

The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series is based on Robert Kirkman’s award-winning comic book franchise, and puts players in the shoes Clementine as she grows from a young girl to fearless survivor in a vicious world populated by dangerous undead and even more dangerous people.

The Walking Dead: The TellTale Definitive Series

The game is notorious for winning several of Game of the Year awards, as well as being the last production of Telltale Games, the game company famous for arguably resurrecting the episodic adventure genre. Telltale Games suddenly shut down in October last year, apparently due to a failed round of financing. Skybound Games took over the production of the final season of The Walking Dead series, and de facto acquired the franchise and its ever-growing profits.

The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series is now available for pre-order for $49.99 on digital stores. It will also be sold in stores as a physical boxed product for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One when it comes out on September 10th.

To find out more about it, visit the Skybound Games site here, and you can follow this link to pre-order the game via Epic Games store, this one for the PlayStation Store and this one [temporarily down] for the Microsoft Xbox One Store.
