Gaming gets better with new, innovative ways to play. Valve has just unveiled the Steam Deck OLED, an improved version featuring better battery life and other upgrades. Prices will range from $549 to $679 and will be released on November 16.

There are now five tiers to the Steam Deck, two of which are for the OLED. There will also be a limited edition for $679. The limited version features 1TB SSD, a premium anti-glare screen, a limited edition carrying case, a Steam profile bundle, an exclusive startup movie, an exclusive keyboard theme, and other offers from other tiers. The tier below for $649 is the same, except for a different case with a removable liner. The cheapest OLED is $549, with a 512GB SSD and its own case and Steam profile bundle.

Steam Deck OLED Specs Unveiled by Valve, Including an Improved Battery Life

The specs across the Steam Deck OLED versions are all the same except for the one with a smaller SSD. You can see the specs below and how they compare to the original model of the LCD-screened device.

While the Steam Deck has been wildly popular since it was released last year, the battery life has been a criticism that the OLED should largely fix. While it is dependent on the game and the settings you choose, the additional hours will go a long way in selling people who were hesitant about its predecessors.
